Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit a Nuclear Account Manager. Take full ownership of end-to-end engineering support delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes.
Support team expansion through recruitment, onboarding, and culture development to maintain cohesion.
Ensure all engineering data, records, and documentation are accurate, controlled, and aligned with client requirements.
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities early, and act to maintain delivery against KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve information management.
Deliver against financial targets, including utilisation, budget control, and margin improvement.
Experience leading engineering delivery, multi-disciplinary teams or large-scale technical services within highly-regulated environments.
Understanding of engineering project lifecycle management and workflows.
Good background in risk and opportunity management, project accounting, work package management, resource and configuration management and scheduling.
Your experience in Defence or Industrial environments.
Your ability to shape, expand and mature engineering support services.
