Construction in the Stevenage area. This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Company: We are working with a world-class Manufacturing business that operates in the Defense sector.

The Role: This role is for someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You will be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Managing all allocated projects in compliance with the Project Delivery Process.
  • Managing the delivery of Client requirements and their transformation into a built environment.

The Individual: We are looking for people who can show:

  • Construction contract management
  • Leading projects through RIBA Plan of Works stages
  • Facilities Management / Construction environment especially statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM and planning
  • HNC Qualification or higher in the relevant Construction or FM field is desirable

The Benefits: Hourly rate of up to £50 per hour via an Umbrella company.
