The Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Aftersales Executive to join their existing Aftersales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support
- Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences
- Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets
£30,387, OTE £45,000. Shifts are working 45 hours a week over 5 days. The client is open 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays. Start date ASAP.
The Individual: The successful candidate will have the following experience: Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role.
