We’re looking for a Professional Services Recruitment Consultant to join our London Team. We work Mon – Wed in office and Thu and Fri from home. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has an established network in Finance, HR or Legal.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working closely with clients and candidates to connect people with the perfect opportunity. You will:
- Take ownership of business development activity for your desk, approaching clients for the first time or by working with existing clients to expand our scope of service.
- Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face visits and regular engagement.
- Source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into permanent roles.
- Work with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
About You
We’re looking for a people person who can demonstrate:
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
- A relationship driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset.
