This is a customer-facing performance role involving prolonged periods of sitting, regular interaction with children and families, and maintaining the character of Father Christmas throughout each session. Duties include welcoming families, listening to children's Christmas wishes and creating an engaging, magical festive experience.
The role requires strong communication skills, patience, emotional resilience, enthusiasm and the ability to remain in character for extended periods. Flexibility with working hours and the ability to drive between sites in Hassocks, Dial Post and Newhaven are essential.
