The Role:
Tateossian, the global luxury menβs jewellery brand, has a unique opportunity to join its Head Office team as a Sales Associate. You will be highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator across departments and with external stakeholders. Preferably a Spanish, Italian, French or German Speaker.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Working closely with their Senior Sales Manager, a clear understanding of their defined geographical areas.
- In-depth knowledge of client portfolio and their diverse business models.
- Reporting back on daily tasks and deadlines.
- Assisting and supporting in all their day-to-day activities.
- Servicing all clients to a high level.
- Attending trade shows and visiting clients in Europe and the USA.
- Continuously building rapport with key accounts and their respective admin associates and assistant buyers.
- Running various reports for effective analysis and completing tasks.
- Ensuring that all agreed marketing materials are delivered in a timely manner.
- Keep up with industry trends and competition analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Carrying out administrative work and liaising with other Managers and departments.
- Assisting with planning and execution of international trade shows.
- Represent the company at tradeshows to build relationships with prospective customers.
- Effective communication with all London Head Office departments and excellent teamwork across time zones.
- Proficient in coordinating and managing various projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Strong admin skills, computer proficiency and a high level of understanding of MS Office, vendor, and data management.
- Highly organised, time management, attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving, multi-tasking and confidentiality.
- Self-reliant and completing administrative tasks to the company standard.
- Willingness to learn new skills and internal programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work within a team to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise in recognising challenges, troubleshooting effectively, and applying solutions, illustrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities and tasks beyond the defined role, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 yearsβ experience in a similar Sales role.
- Degree educated or similar with a focus on Sales.
- Experience in the jewellery or fashion industries.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel to an advanced standard.
- Fast and accurate data input processing.
- Strong communicator with mother tongue standard English and ideally a second language being Spanish, Italian, French or German.
- Ability to travel abroad to attend trade shows and clients.
- Adaptable to work within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
