We are recruiting a Scheduling Administrator for a temporary 100% office based assignment in Stevenage. The role starts immediately and runs until the end of April 2026, Monday to Friday 8:00‑16:00.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day scheduling of appointments, acting as the main contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring maximum efficiency, and progressing repairs through to completion while providing excellent service delivery to all customers.
Responsibilities- Schedule appointments for contractors.
- Raise, approve, schedule and complete all report requests.
- Resolve day‑to‑day issues using own initiative.
- Manage an email inbox – prioritise and action all emails within set timescales.
- Respond to leasehold and insurance inquiries relating to repairs and maintenance.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Live within a commutable distance from Stevenage.
