An established Executive Search firm is hiring a Team Assistant/Administrator to support two consultants, playing a key role in keeping high-profile search projects running smoothly. It's a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure to executive search in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

- Supporting 2 consultants across up to 15 live search assignments
- Coordinating interviews and managing complex, busy diaries including travel, meeting arrangements etc.

- Keeping systems, schedules and workflows organised
