Being fully qualified and having Corporate tax experience is an essential requirement for this role.

As an experienced Tax Assistant Manager, you will provide UK tax advisory and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the principal contact for clients on day-to-day tax matters.
  2. Engage in tax advisory and planning work.
  3. Assist with business development and attend client events.
  4. Review corporation tax computations and advise on contentious issues.
  5. Coordinate tax payments, loss relief, capital allowances, and group relief.
  6. Delegate tasks to junior colleagues while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  7. Coach and develop junior staff.
  8. Maintain strong financial management of client accounts.
  9. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

What We\’re Looking For:

  1. Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or CTA or equivalent).
  2. Strong knowledge of UK corporate taxation and accountancy principles.
  3. Excellent time and task management skills.
  4. High standards of service and product quality.
  5. Practical problem-solving approach with client focus and commercial awareness.
  6. Ability to build strong client relationships.
