Salary: £25,000 per annum

Contract: July - September/October

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 37.5 per week (Shift rotation: 7am-3:30pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6:30pm)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Supporting daily operations including meeting room bookings, events, and IT support
  • Maintaining high standards across communal areas and office spaces
  • Assisting with onboarding new members and enhancing their experience
  • Promoting community events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service or front-of-house experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and handling admin tasks
