Based in Stevenage - Office Based

We are seeking a detail‑driven and highly organised Administrator on a temporary basis. You would be based to support a focused piece of work within the Education, Health and Care (EHC) Team at a local authority based in Stevenage.

You will be responsible for uploading Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) into their Resource Allocation System via a secure web‑based portal. This includes:

  • Entering and validating EHCP data with a high level of accuracy
  • Recording outcomes and identifying any outliers, gaps or uncertainties that require further review
  • Preparing data to ensure results are consistent and robust
  • Updating and maintaining a separate tracking database to monitor changes highlighted by the new system
