Our client is an established, award-winning professional services firm known for its responsiveness, reliability, and integrity. They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join their Tax & Estate Planning team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high quality administrative and secretarial support within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Audio typing and document production from dictation
- Preparing a range of legal and administrative documentation
- Handling internal and external telephone enquiries
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team
- Liaising professionally with clients
- Ensuring file compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar secretarial role
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise effectively
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- A proactive team player with a flexible approach
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience within Tax & Estate Planning is advantageous but not essential
