We are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Administrator to join a busy organisation providing care services within the community. This is a short-term opportunity to provide additional support to the HR team during a busy period.
You will support the HR function with a range of administrative tasks, as well as assisting with basic employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with day-to-day HR administration
- Assisting with employee relations queries, including flexible working requests
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Drafting basic HR correspondence
- Providing general HR support to managers and the wider team
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company processes
