Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional events and customer experiences? We are looking for a Student Recruitment Events Administrator to join our Student Recruitment Marketing and Events team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of student recruitment events that help prospective students discover what university life has to offer. From large-scale Open Days and Visit Days to campus tours, teacher engagement events and bespoke recruitment activities, you will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and creates a positive experience for prospective students and their supporters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment events.
  • Coordinate venues, speaker bookings, schedules and event logistics.
  • Maintain event booking systems and support continuous improvement of processes.
  • Recruit, train and coordinate student ambassadors to support events.
  • Produce and update event materials, guides, programmes, promotional content and training resources.
  • Respond to enquiries.
