Their Structural Engineering team works on an exciting mix of projects in commercial, residential, R&D and energy sectors, covering both new builds and complex refurbishments.
You'll collaborate with in-house specialists in civil engineering, transport, building surveying and geomatics, creating a dynamic environment that fosters technical growth and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of technical delivery for structural engineering projects, including financial and project management aspects.
- Collaborate closely with your team and report to the Project Director.
- Represent the business professionally in meetings with architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including health and safety.
- Assess sustainability and environmental impact throughout project stages.
Requirements
- Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven post-qualification experience in structural design.
- Ability to design in all conventional materials and experience with refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic design advice.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with commercial awareness.
