Tate is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to specialise in Employee Relations & Development on a maternity cover contract. Hybrid working with hours 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will act as the firm's UK employment law expert, lead complex ER cases, draft policy, and guide managers and staff on HR matters, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance processes.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and prior experience in professional services or regulated environments.
