We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Head Chef to lead the Events Kitchen team working across multifaceted outlets within the Tate estate, delivering bespoke menus for a discerning client base and producing outstanding food for Tate Events. This role is initially available on a 6 month fixed term contract.

We want to be the best gallery catering facility in the world, with a strong commitment to quality, service and sustainability in the food and drink we serve. The successful candidate should share this passion and have proven experience in a lead role in an Events catering/kitchen environment with knowledge of and skill with food, in line with Tate Eats’ ethos. They will have experience of managing a kitchen team, managing stock and equipment, cost control and minimizing waste, and work to the highest hygiene standards with knowledge of COSHH and food safety.
