We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level business support to senior leadership within a large public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
The Role
Working on a 2:1 support basis, you will provide confidential and comprehensive executive support to Directors and Executive Directors. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and events, preparing high-quality documentation, and ensuring senior leaders are fully briefed and prepared for key engagements. You will act as a trusted point of contact, managing communications, prioritising competing demands, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules, ensuring time is prioritised effectively for strategic objectives.
- Oversee inbox management, triaging communications and responding on behalf of senior leaders where appropriate.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing papers, and other documentation as required.
