We are looking for a highly organised and personable Receptionist / Secretary to support the smooth running of a busy office. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be the face of the business, providing a warm and professional first impression to clients and visitors, while supporting the wider team with administrative and office duties. Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
  • Managing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
  • Preparing meeting rooms, refreshments, and ensuring spaces are clean and presentable
  • Providing general administrative support including typing correspondence, reports, and document formatting
  • Maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems
