A rare opportunity has arisen at Tate Publishing for a Rights and Contracts Assistant to join the Publishing team and support the work of our Senior International Rights Manager and Tate as a whole. As Rights and Contracts Assistant at Tate Publishing, you will help to underpin the overall effectiveness of Tate’s publishing programme, furthering its sales activities and expanding its reach around the world. This varied role covers Tate Publishing’s exhibition titles spanning all four sites, as well as its trade and children’s books lists.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee our critical path
  • Co‑ordinate sales material for book fairs and sales trips
  • Liaise between internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as primary contact for permission enquiries
  • Support royalty processes
  • Draft co‑edition and licence contracts
  • Provide rights input in publishing meetings
  • Provide general administrative support
