In this role, you will drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation through our bootcamps and recruitment starts. Supported by the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high-quality candidates that truly meet client needs.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and proactive business development telephone calling. You will always promote the full Just IT range of products and services ensuring solutions are right for the client.
Key requirements:- Achieve agreed activity and billing targets
