This is a highly visible, front-facing role at the heart of a vibrant charitable community in central Winchester. As the first point of contact, you will create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and stakeholders, whether face-to-face or over the phone. This is a full-time on-site role working Monday to Friday.

Alongside delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by offering flexible administrative support across multiple teams. From managing shared inboxes and coordinating diaries to supporting community events and communications, this role offers real variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You will also be instrumental in connecting people, supporting residents, guiding visitors, and helping ensure events, services, and communications are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience, handling enquiries in person, by phone, or via email and directing them appropriately.
  • Act as a central hub of communication, confidently liaising with internal teams, residents, and external contacts.
  • Manage shared inboxes and calendars, ensuring bookings, appointments, and events are organised effectively.
  • Provide proactive administrative support across departments.
