About the Role:
We are looking for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who thrives in a client-facing environment and is keen to progress into an adviser role in the future. This is a dedicated paraplanning position focussing on delivering high-quality technical support and working closely with Financial Advisers to help shape and deliver outstanding financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings, where required, with advisers to support the advice process and build rapport.
Prepare detailed financial plans, cash flow models, and suitability reports.
Conduct technical research and due diligence on financial products, platforms, and providers.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
Support the implementation of financial recommendations and follow-up actions.
Contribute to annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.What We\'re Looking For:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
Experience in a paraplanning role within financial services or wealth management.
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client interaction.
Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning tools.
