Our client, a privately-owned residential property business is recruiting an Office Operations & Customer Care Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity that combines office management responsibilities with customer aftercare support for residential sales and lettings customers.
Working fairly autonomously you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while acting as a main point of contact for customer enquiries and aftercare matters.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Coordinating day-to-day office activities
- Managing office supplies and facilities
- Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
- Maintaining documentation, records and company systems
- Assisting with basic HR administration and recruitment activities
- Managing business subscriptions, licences and insurance renewals
- Supporting website and social media updates where required
Customer Care & Aftercare
- Acting as the first point of contact for residential sales and lettings customers
- Managing customer correspondence and aftercare enquiries
- Coordinating issues through to resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer requests
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times
About You
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Property Administrator, PA or similar
- Property industry experience would be a significant advantage, particularly within residential sales or lettings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Comfortable working independently and using your own initiative
- Confident handling customer enquiries and problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
