Are you an experienced care professional ready to step into a true management role where you can shape, lead and deliver outstanding community‑based care? We are supporting a well‑established care provider in recruiting a Deputy Manager who will oversee high‑quality, personalised support packages while supporting teams and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own packages of care ensuring safety, compliance, and person‑centred delivery.
- Deputise for the Branch Manager including full branch cover as required.
- Build effective relationships with external MDT stakeholders.
- Support field staff, administrators, and recruitment teams.
- Visit clients and resolve care‑related concerns.
- Contribute to recruitment, investigations, and performance management.
- Support growth through service development and external engagement.
- Promote a positive and motivated team culture.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Managerial or supervisory care business experience (beyond Support Worker / basic Team Leader level).
- Experience could come from domiciliary care, care agencies, or supported living environments as a suggestion, however must be from the office side, not practical.
- Strong MDT partnership experience.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently.
- Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong problem‑solving skills.
Working Pattern & Salary:
- Full‑time in the office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Office‑based with regular client visits.
- Participation in on‑call rota (approx. 1 in 7 weekends).
- Salary £28,000-£30,000.
