We're recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning and growing business that has built an outstanding reputation within its sector. Due to continued success, they're looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and play a key role in converting warm inbound opportunities into loyal, long-term customers. This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll be working with a steady flow of inbound enquiries, providing product quotations, advising customers on the best solutions for their needs, and managing the sales process through to completion. You'll also have the opportunity to nurture customers, developing deeper relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts over time.

The Role

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries from new customers
  • Preparing quotations and providing tailored product recommendations
  • Guiding customers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to order completion
  • Building strong relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
  • Taking transactional customers and developing them into managed accounts
