My client, an established, people‑centred healthcare business with a long history of developing trusted consumer products, is looking for a Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to join their friendly, fast‑paced OTC marketing team. This is not a digital‑only role. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a well‑rounded marketing generalist with experience of the full marketing mix and B2C marketing, who wants to broaden their experience, shape exciting campaigns, and gain some ecommerce skills along the way.

The Role: What You\’ll Be Doing

As Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, you\’ll support the planning, creation and execution of multi‑channel marketing activity designed to strengthen brand presence and drive growth.

Marketing Responsibilities (core focus):

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, in‑store and partnership channels.
  • Social media and digital marketing campaign management.
  • Write, refine and optimise consumer‑facing content across various touchpoints.
  • Assist in campaign planning, insight gathering and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, brand‑aligned and regulatory compliant.
  • Work cross‑functionally with regulatory, quality and product teams to support brand activity.
  • Help review competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement across the marketing mix.

Ecommerce Responsibilities (training provided):

  • Support day‑to‑day ecommerce activity to help grow UK and international online sales.
  • Maintain and enhance product listings, imagery and content on Amazon and other key platforms.
  • Review competitor ecommerce content and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor essential performance metrics such as traffic, conversion and sales.
  • Assist with online promotions, campaign execution and monthly reporting.
  • Work with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager to identify new online opportunities.

What You\’ll Bring

You\’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative, detail‑driven and proactive marketeer who enjoys juggling multiple projects and learning as you go. We\’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing is essential
  • Exposure to the full marketing mix (FMCG or consumer brands a bonus)
  • Strong written English and content creation ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and a curious, improvement‑focused mindset
  • Good Excel/PowerPoint skills and confidence managing multiple tasks
  • A willingness to learn ecommerce – Amazon experience is helpful, not essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and agencies
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Degree or CIM qualifications are welcome but not mandatory.
