Our client, a respected and forward-thinking Wealth Management business, is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. Previous IFA or Financial Services experience is not essential - we are keen to speak with candidates who have strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisers and colleagues, providing administrative support across a variety of client-related activities. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing documentation
- Processing new and existing business
- Obtaining information from providers
- Handling client enquiries
- Ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently
We are looking for:
- Strong proven administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
