Overview
We are seeking a photographer to develop your practice while working on a variety of subjects across Tate's galleries in London.
This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract that offers a unique opportunity to grow in cultural heritage photography.
Responsibilities
Photograph works on paper and negatives, assist senior photographers with complex artworks and conservation imaging.
Record gallery spaces and artworks on display, and shoot portraiture, editorial and events.
Handle photography from capture to upload, ensuring high‑standard images and meeting agreed deadlines.
Work across all four Tate galleries and the art store, as well as external locations.
Qualifications
Recognised qualification or equivalent experience demonstrating practical and professional photography skills.
Confidence using high‑end digital cameras, artificial lighting, editing software and knowledge of appropriate file formats.
Sound technical understanding of photography and willingness to apply best practice in an arts & heritage environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
