We are currently recruiting for a Part‑time Property Inspections Manager for an Estate Agency client based in South Woodford. The role involves carrying out external property inspections, arranging and visiting properties for end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs, and ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained while upholding CRM data reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out external property inspections.

Qualifications
- Previous Property Management / Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

- Proficient IT skills.
- Articulate, ambitious with a drive to succeed.
