We are currently recruiting for a Part‑time Property Inspections Manager for an Estate Agency client based in South Woodford. The role involves carrying out external property inspections, arranging and visiting properties for end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs, and ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained while upholding CRM data reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out external property inspections.
  • Arranging and visiting properties for end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs.
  • Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained.
  • Maintaining CRM data reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous Property Management / Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Strong organisational, time‑keeping and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Articulate, ambitious with a drive to succeed.
  • UK resident, ideally within a 30‑minute commute of South Woodford.
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA are advantageous but not essential.

Benefits

  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (pro‑rated for part‑time).
