Location: Southampton outskirts - (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll be at the heart of the order journey, working with customers, suppliers, freight partners, and international offices to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Order & Quotation Management
  • Process customer quotations and orders accurately, ensuring full compliance and correct documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight partners to meet agreed delivery timescales.
  • Monitor stock levels and work with management to ensure product availability.
  • Support the warehouse team with correct dispatch and packaging requirements.
  • Track and resolve failed or delayed collections, maintaining accurate departmental records.
  • Customer Service
    • Be a key point of contact for customer enquiries and quotation requests.
    • Provide clear advice on product availability, delivery schedules, and alternatives when needed.
    • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and agents.
  • Cross-Departmental Support
    • Assist with stockholding, FIFO rotation, and resolving discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Policy.

    What You'll Bring

    • Previous experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain.
    • Proven ability to manage quotations and orders from enquiry to delivery.
    • Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel essential); SAGE experience is a bonus - training will be provided.
    • Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures is advantageous.
