We are looking for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join the Audiences team at Tate Liverpool on a part-time basis. This is a brand-new role, created to support our Visitor Experience, Marketing and Press team members as we prepare for the reopening of Tate Liverpool in 2027. It's a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment, helping to shape the return of one of the UK's leading galleries of modern and contemporary art.
As Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the team organised and connected, providing day-to-day administrative support across a wide range of activities. No two days will be the same β from coordinating meetings and supporting finances to helping deliver events and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, takes pride in their attention to detail and enjoys working collaboratively. You'll be adaptable and confident communicating with a wide range of colleagues and external partners. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential, and you'll be keen to learn new systems and ways of working.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the reopening of Tate Liverpool and to play a part in welcoming visitors back to one of the UK's most visited galleries of modern and contemporary art outside London.
