Key Responsibilities:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents from dictation
  • Preparing and formatting a variety of legal documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, both internal and external
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the department
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring file compliance and accurate record keeping
  • Diary management for fee earners
  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management
