We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to support a large-scale TUPE transfer as part of a fast-paced mobilisation project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage sensitive employee matters professionally, and help deliver a smooth and compliant people transition.
Key responsibilities:
- Support TUPE activity throughout mobilisation
- Coordinate employee consultation meetings and communications
- Manage employee liability information and TUPE documentation
- Maintain accurate employee data in line with GDPR
- Respond to employee and manager queries
- Work with operational managers and stakeholders to support workforce readiness
- Assist with onboarding and integration of transferring employees
Candidate requirements:
- Previous TUPE experience, ideally in a complex or large-scale environment
- Experience supporting consultation activity and HR projects
- Strong understanding of TUPE regulations and UK employment law
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- CIPD Level 3 and/or relevant TUPE experience
