Tate is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Digital Strategy & Experience to lead a large digital function in Hampshire. This role encompasses ownership of digital strategy, user experience, and platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model for the organisation.

As the Associate Director, you will lead a team of around 30 staff, driving digital transformation initiatives while ensuring that services meet user and business needs. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a contract of 6 months at a rate of up to £800 per day.
