We are currently recruiting for an Inspector and Visit Coordinator for a prestigious London based not for profit organisation. This is a 14-month maternity contract – with an immediate start required. This role is primarily office based – with a possibility of 4 days in the office in London and 1 day working from home. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm. This role is to provide a smooth coordination of project and organisational visits, which includes managing visit locations, supporting Inspectors with scheduling issues, and ensuring visits are completed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities include tracking performance, resolving issues, and working closely with the field-based team. Day to day responsibilities: Develop and manage visit allocation plans. Reassign visits as needed based on the Inspectors\’ availability. Support the Inspectors and suppliers with visit logistics and scheduling. Maintain accurate visit and organisation data using Salesforce. Track visit completion and deal with any unresolved issues. Provide weekly reports. Review Inspectors\’ reports for quality and consistency. Address any discrepancies and issue timely follow-up. Escalate trends or recurring issues for management\’s attention. Serve as the main contact for Inspectors and organisations regarding visit logistics. Assist with booking visits and confirming completions. Work with management to resolve any operational issues. Respond to any queries from Inspectors and organisations. Person Specification: Proven experience in coordination, scheduling or customer fulfilment roles. Excellent English language skills – both written and oral. Effective communication skills. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player. Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented and organised. Excellent Company Benefits Package: Company Pension. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Life Assurance – 4 x salary.
