Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth? We are looking for an exceptional account manager / inside sales representative to join a hugely successful global business and play a key role in expanding their customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts and promote and sell a range of technical products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and regional sales teams to support account development and new business opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain regular contact with clients to enhance engagement and increase account penetration.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical enquiries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Join regional sales managers on customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Proactively research and reach out to potential clients to grow the account base.
Ensure accurate order processing, especially for orders requiring special handling.
Maintain and update the customer database to support sales activities.
Prepare forecasts and activity reports to support strategic planning and sales performance.
Use monthly sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Manage account transfers and referrals from manufacturing partners.
Encourage customers to use the company\βs online tools and resources.Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
Experience with sales order processing systems is a plus.
Ability to quickly assess and qualify business opportunities.
Comfortable working with figures, including discounts, percentages, and volumes.
