Inside Sales Representative -Southampton – Hybrid role working in the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home – £27,500 +uncapped generous bonus\\n\\nAre you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth? We are looking for an exceptional account manager / inside sales representative to join a hugely successful global business and play a key role in expanding their customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage existing accounts and promote and sell a range of technical products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.\\nCollaborate closely with internal departments and regional sales teams to support account development and new business opportunities.\\nPrepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders and build long-term customer relationships.\\nMaintain regular contact with clients to enhance engagement and increase account penetration.\\nServe as the first point of contact for technical enquiries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.\\nJoin regional sales managers on customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.\\nProactively research and reach out to potential clients to grow the account base.\\nEnsure accurate order processing, especially for orders requiring special handling.\\nMaintain and update the customer database to support sales activities.\\nPrepare forecasts and activity reports to support strategic planning and sales performance.\\nUse monthly sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.\\nManage account transfers and referrals from manufacturing partners.\\nEncourage customers to use the company's online tools and resources.Skills & Experience:\\n\\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.\\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.\\nExperience with sales order processing systems is a plus.\\nAbility to quickly assess and qualify business opportunities.\\nComfortable working with figures, including discounts, percentages, and volumes.\\nA proactive, enthusiastic team player with a passion for sales.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
