We are looking for driven, commercially-minded Account Executives to join our growing team. In this role you will drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation through recruitment bootcamps and recruitment starts. Supported by the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will create new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and generate high-quality candidates that meet client needs. This fast-paced, people-focused role combines intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and proactive business-development telephone calls. You will always promote the full range of products and services to ensure solutions are right for the client.
Key Requirements
- Achieve agreed activity and billing targets
- Generate successful outcomes from sales and business-development calls
- Source and generate high-quality candidates
- Manage client relationships to the highest professional standard
- Cross-sell all aspects of the company’s products and services
- Act as a brand champion and ambassador
