Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a HR Business Support Officer to start ASAP. You would be assisting and supporting the Director of Workforce & Change and Head of HR to achieve the strategic priorities of the HR Service plan and budget monitoring requirements.
Key responsibilities:- Preparation, monitoring and analysing a range of financial information for HR budgets before the required financial deadlines.
- Prepare and present financial management reports to stakeholders.
- Assess and resolve operational procedures both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Resolve complex logistical problems and deliver a range of outcomes.
- Being the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in analysing and interpreting financial data.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
