Tate is seeking a highly organised and proactive Part Time HR Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the charity.

Based in Hitchin, you will work 21 hours per week across three days to include a Tuesday and a Wednesday or over four days with school hours, reporting to the Head of Finance & HR.

You will maintain employee records, assist recruitment and onboarding, support payroll administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
