We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator to join a small, highly professional consultancy on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a varied, hands-on role asking for your flexible, willing approach and initiative to turn your hand to what's needed to support and help grow the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing email and diary for the CEO
  • Maintaining the CRM
  • Supporting with some invoicing and financial admin
  • Creating presentation, social media and newsletter content
  • Scheduling social media and mailshot campaigns
  • Market research and campaign performance tracking
  • Helping coordinate events and webinars

About you:

  • Digital marketing experience in a business setting
  • The ability to work in an academic/technical/scientific business - there’s lots to learn!
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support day-to-day tasks
  • Experience with Mailchimp and Canva beneficial
