We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in leading organisational change to support major transformation activity across the Faculty. You'll partner with senior leaders, provide expert HR advice, and ensure people‑focused change is delivered smoothly, compliantly and with clear communication throughout.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver organisational change, including organisational design, TUPE and consultation.
- Advise on the people impact of change programmes, identifying risks, mitigation and best‑practice approaches.
- Lead engagement and communication plans, supporting managers to confidently lead their teams through change.
- Coordinate HR activity across workstreams and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters during periods of transition.
- Represent HR in working groups and committees, influencing decisions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Line manage and develop HR team members.
Qualifications
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience in complex environments.
- A proven track record of delivering large‑scale organisational change and transformation.
- Expert knowledge of TUPE and employment legislation.
- Confidence advising senior leaders and navigating ambiguity.
- Level 7 qualification (e.g. Master's, PGDip, Level 7 CIPD or equivalent).
- Desirable: CIPD Chartered/Fellow, experience with job evaluation (e.g. Hay), Higher Education experience, and working with Trade Unions, Change Management experience.
