This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds, potentially three days in a collaborative office environment and two days working from home. Please note: due to the location, access to your own transport is essential.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of day to day administrative tasks across multiple brands and keeping operations running smoothly
  • Preparing and managing all group documentation
  • Building strong relationships by liaising with clients and suppliers to gather essential information
  • Managing travel arrangements including booking flights, arranging visas, and advising on baggage requirements
  • Monitoring Operations inboxes and providing seamless support to the sales teams
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of safe, ethical, and effective operational policies
