Location: Woking, Surrey (Hybrid: 2 days in office)

We're looking for an Organic Social & Content Specialist to lead the planning, creation, publishing and management of organic social media for a range of B2B clients. You'll turn complex propositions into clear, engaging content and manage work from brief through to publication and reporting. As part of the Content and Creative team, you'll also write website copy, SEO content, thought leadership and other short and long-form content. You'll collaborate with Creative, Account Management, SEO and Strategy, using performance insight and AI tools to improve the work without compromising quality or originality.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage organic social activity across multiple B2B client accounts.
  • Create content plans and write engaging, platform-appropriate social copy, primarily for LinkedIn.
  • Own scheduling, approvals, publishing, quality assurance and community management.
  • Brief and collaborate with the Creative team to produce distinctive social assets.
  • Review performance, recommend improvements and present findings to clients.
  • Write website copy, landing pages, SEO articles, thought leadership and other short and long-form content.
  • Research complex subjects and interview client experts to create credible, accessible content.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, tone of voice, brand alignment and SEO quality.
  • Use AI thoughtfully to improve research, ideation, repurposing and production.
  • Contribute ideas, platform updates and best practice across the agency.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years' experience in an organic social and content role within a B2B marketing agency.
  • Experience managing organic social for multiple clients, including planning, publishing and reporting.
  • A strong portfolio of B2B social and written content, including website and SEO copy.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, spelling and grammar, with the ability to adapt tone across clients.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social publishing tools and platform analytics.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into practical recommendations.
  • Confidence working with clients and briefing designers or other creative specialists.
  • Strong organisation, accountability and editorial judgement, including when using AI tools.

Desirable

  • Experience with B2B technology brands, ABM or demand generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and interviewing subject-matter experts.
  • Experience with social listening, employee advocacy, executive profiles or short-form video.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Semrush, Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.
