Location: Bletchley

Salary: £28,500 per annum + 23 days holiday (plus Christmas shut down) + 5% Pension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded electrical manufacturer based in Bletchley. You will be joining a friendly, close-knit warehouse team of four, working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key.

The Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for managing material movement within a busy warehouse and supporting manufacturing operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring materials flow efficiently across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Checking deliveries against documentation for accuracy
  • Picking materials for customer and manufacturing orders
  • Line-side feeding to support production requirements
  • Working closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations
  • Liaising with drivers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory control

About You

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, goods-in, or material handling role is essential
  • Forklift truck experience is desirable (training can be provided if needed)
  • Exposure to MRP systems would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with drivers and colleagues
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
