About the Role
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support customers across North London by installing, maintaining and repairing our commercial Print equipment. You will be out in the field, helping customers get the best from their technology and ensuring their equipment runs smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Visit customer sites to service, repair and maintain print and processing equipment
- Install and de-install devices as part of customer projects, keeping customers updated
- Escalate technical issues quickly to minimise downtime
- Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades during your visits
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support
- Manage stock and parts in your vehicle to maximise first-time fix rates
- Work occasional shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
What You Will Bring
- Experience as a Field Technician (ideally within Production Print)
- Strong technical knowledge of print hardware and related systems
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding ability
- Good electrical and mechanical engineering understanding
- Confidence using diagnostic tools and reading technical instructions
- Good IT and networking skills
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Understanding of service procedures and best practice
