A leading consultancy based near Farnham is seeking an experienced Part Time Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing programme of work for one of major client requiring meticulous attention to detail
  • General administration including electronic filing of reports and correspondence
  • Dealing with customers and industry associates at all levels with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency
  • Managing and prioritising telephone calls
  • Working as part of the administrative team dealing with client enquiries and projects and general administration

Skills & Experience Required

  • Educated to A level or equivalent, degree preferred
  • At least three years of experience, preferably working in a corporate, commercial environment
  • Strong PC skills - ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases and SharePoint
  • Articulate and numerate with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • An approachable personality with a willingness to tackle a range of jobs
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and balance numerous tasks
  • Touch typing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Car driver essential (due to rural location of the office)
