Senior Sales Negotiator required for a busy estate agency branch in Pinner. The successful candidate will register and qualify potential buyers, generate and conduct viewings, canvass to bring on new properties, negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, prepare sales brochures, and develop relationships while providing advice to buyers and vendors on an ongoing basis. The role focuses on high-end properties and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Experience dealing with high-end properties (desirable)
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed
  • Proactive team player
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • UK resident; ideally lives within a 30-minute commute of the area

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays
