THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded B2B marketing professional to take full ownership of the marketing function in a high-impact, standalone role. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, digital presence and campaign delivery. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director and working closely with the MD and CEO. This role offers real autonomy and visibility. There is scope for the function to grow over time, but the right candidate will be energised by end-to-end ownership from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all digital marketing channels including email, inbound, CRM and marketing automation
  • Develop and deliver content: white papers, case studies, press releases, email sequences and social media
  • Manage and optimise the company website for traffic, engagement and lead conversion
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns from strategy through to performance reporting
  • Build and manage audience targeting lists and third-party data platforms
  • Collaborate with SAP and partner marketing teams on co-marketing initiatives
  • Support creation of video content and marketing collateral
  • Analyse channel and campaign performance and provide ROI-focused insights

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong CRM and marketing automation expertise
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering ROI from email and multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making
  • Confident PowerPoint and design tool skills
  • SAP knowledge or experience in a related technology sector is highly advantageous
  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification preferred
